Mission
Live your adventure. Our goal at GOAT is to challenge a new generation of youth through outdoor adventure trips like nothing they've ever experienced. Our students have more distractions and influences in their lives than ever. Cell phones, facebook, radio, TV, movie stars, their peers and in a lot of cases, no real parental influences. By isolating them from these distractions, we can let them find out who they really are, what they're capable of, and who God created them to be.

These are the folks in the trenches. Working year-round to provide life changing outdoor experiences for these kids.
From morse code to email, we do it all. We're not always all in the office (we spend a lot of time outdoors and with the kids, go figure) but somebody is always around to answer questions, talk about about our programs, or accept boxes of baked goods.

Sometimes other people notice what we're trying to do for these students and they write about it or talk about it in front of a camera.
Do you take goats on trips with you? It's ok, we get asked this a lot. Along with a lot of other questions. We'd love for you to know more about our work with at-risk students.
Jobs
We are looking for passionate people who feel relentless about advancing God's kingdom and feel called to do so through outdoor ministry. It probably helps if you love working with middle and high school students and if you'll do whatever it takes to reach them.
Our board of directors are a group of smart, dedicated people who come from various backgrounds, but all have a passion for sharing these experiences with our students.
Financials
A lot of people are nervous to talk about money or explain where it comes from and where it goes. We would love to show you how GOAT is spending money on life changing experiences.
Intern is a pretty weak word. We're looking for game changers. Be ready for us to pile on the responsibility and then hunker down and work alongside you.
